Global Zarbee’s & Supplement Strategy Associate Director, CBI

This position reports to the DIRECTOR SELF CARE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE and is based in Skillman, NJ. Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025

Pay: $144,000-$195,000

What you will do

This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence lead for the Zarbee’s Brand Globally & support Kenvue around its Supplements Strategy. Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue Brand Growth principles, you will be part of a high-performance team that will:

  • Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth

  • Drive short to long-term innovation

  • Develop world-class launch toolkits to increase physical and mental availability for the Zarbee’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyzes business and consumer needs to shape organizational strategies and initiatives, ensuring that strategies are consumer—and retailer-ready and influencing retailers to support them.

  • Identifies opportunities for leveraging foresight, predictive tools, and a deep understanding of business and consumer needs.

  • Identifies, prioritizes, and leads the qualification of new initiatives and launch toolkits, including communication assets, to ensure the freshness and sufficiency of the innovation pipeline and the delivery of growth goals.

  • Strongly contributes to developing the brand playbooks, which detail the strategy and execution mandatories for each of the key brands and facilitate consistent execution everywhere to drive efficiency and mental availability for our brands.

  • Serves as a trusted business partner to the cross-functional team with a 360 business view who leverages a strong understanding of the enterprise as well as current and future business needs and financials to identify and address obstacles and positively impact decision-making

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred

  • 8 years of experience, as well as progressive experience within market research, advanced analytics, consulting, or related fields, is required. FMCG experience is preferred.

  • Extensive experience with consumer research, including methods, techniques, agency partners, and business applications. Comfortable and aptitude for applying these skills independently to new and complex situations while providing guidance to others on how to interpret/drive action against results.

  • Demonstrated success as an business translator who can effectively coordinate effort and drive impact across end-to-end team of commercial, technical, and capability-focused functions.

  • Experience and/or familiarity w/ Digital Analytics, Data Science, & Advanced analysis techniques, allowing for application in basic routine situations with minimal guidance or supervision.

  • Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects to successful completion and on time

What’s in it for you

  • The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000-$195,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
