Potential employment opportunities exist for the new Oshkosh Defense facility in Spartanburg: Maintenance Technician I *Maintenance Tech I will perform routine and preventative maintenance checks and repairs. Responsibilities also include supporting production lines, upkeep of the building, and assisting maintenance technicians (all levels) in troubleshooting and repairs. • Ability to become forklift certified.
• At least six months of applicable position experience
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Fundamental computer, math, and reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes.
• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive manufacturing
