About the role This position is responsible for administrative support to include, administers all daily administrative tasks, to include answering telephone, ordering of supplies, general business support, customer service support, travel and meeting arrangements, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Responsibilities Administer all daily administrative tasks, including answering the telephone, taking messages, ordering supplies, provide general and customer service support Prepare outgoing mail and shipments and process incoming mail Receive, review, and track expenses and submit for payment May create and track invoices Schedules appointments and makes travel arrangements Composes memos and daily correspondence via letter and email to internal employees as well as external contacts Research and create presentations Generate reports Responsible for special projects as assigned by the manager and/or senior leadership team Coordinate and assist with employee related events and activities Invoice shipped customer’s orders daily Enters vendor invoices in system Prepares vendor invoices for payment Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience with Microsoft suite programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees Excellent customer service skills with internal employees and external contacts Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and handle a multitude of projects simultaneously Must be able to work with limited supervision and take initiative Must be able to handle extremely confidential information Must be resourceful Leviton is an EEO/AA employer.
