*IT Manager: * As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT systems to support our manufacturing processes, supply chain, and overall business operations. You will lead the IT and work closely with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet the company's needs.

In this role, the IT Manager will have the following responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Management:

  • Develop and implement network troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, network, and security systems.

  • Create rational plans for upgrading network software whenever new updates are available.

  • Construct and execute contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted network operation during any issues.

  • Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Evaluate and recommend IT solutions and technologies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient IT services.

Technology Upgrades and Maintenance:

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and report relevant information to the executive team.

  • Collaborate with other department managers to assess network growth needs and maintenance requirements.

Security and Compliance:

  • Address gaps in security and networking, leading remediation efforts.

  • Migrate legacy servers and applications to modern solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and IT systems, as well as to meet Government NIST requirements

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the IT department budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation.

  • Prioritize spending on critical infrastructure and technology enhancements.

Team Leadership and Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between upper management and department employees.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate project status and achievements.

Documentation and Inventory:

  • Document internal processes and procedures related to IT duties.

  • Maintain hardware and software inventory records.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and security systems.
  • Experience managing IT projects, including budgeting and resource alloc tion.
  • Experience in implementing and continuous improvement with NIST/CMMC Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
