Kongsberg Automotive is an industry leading manufacturer of various automotive hoses and parts. The Suffield CT location is a full-cycle manufacturing plant that produces PTFE tube and stainless steel braided hose from raw materials. Kongsberg services the automotive, commercial, and industrial industries when it comes to hose manufacturing. They are situated in over 20 countries, and provide high quality, top end parts to Ford, GM, Jaguar and Chrysler vehicles

HOSE PROCESSOR-job duties

-Required to operate and maintain wash and filtration system.

-Properly running completed hose into wash basin to wash off any residue from production.

-Fill out all traveling records for production.

Basically what they will be doing is taking the completed hose and running it through a large wash basin to clean the hose of any particles that are still on after production.

MUST HAVES-at least 6 months

1. Math Skills- ability to measure

2. Good Work History- no jumpy resumes, no more then 3 jobs in 1 year.

3. Mechanical Ability- knowledge of mechanics, how things work.

TRAINING WILL BE ON 1st SHIFT, 6am-2pm

WORK SCHEDULE will be 2nd Shift 2-10pm - 3rd SHIFT- 10pm-6am- Will receive a 10% shift differential when they move to 3rd shift
