ManpowerGroup Lab Technician - Sunnyvale, CA in Sunnyvale, California

The candidate would have to have a knowledge of repairing/fixing automotive test benches, using wire harnesses and the ability to arrange and sort test benches for the testing set up as required. They have to be quick/agile on the role.

Key Qualifications

• Experience bring a technician to repair and maintain automotive test benches

• Ability testing infotainments features across various automotive test benches and vehicles

• Organize and sort test benches and prepare for testing set up

• Ability to work with Mac system software and comfortable with hardware functions

• Thoughtfully take care of competing demands and planning priorities

• Work with diverse engineering teams to provide them comprehensive support and lab bench status reports

• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills on technical subjects

• Experience working in lab environment, set up test equipment and handle packing

• Maybe required to lift upto 50 lbs as part of the role as you may be required to lift test benches of varying weights to fix them or arrange them in a lab

Description

  • Daily test execution following detailed test procedures.

  • Collect data from large number of devices under test, prioritize the findings and identify product defects

  • Preparing and documenting test results

  • Fixing test equipment, test setups and automated test

Education

  • Associates Degree is a minimum, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus, or equivalent work experience.
