Google Senior Product Manager, Gmail in Sunnyvale, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in product management, co-founder or related technical role.

  • 5 years of experience specifically driving consumer growth for scaled products.

  • 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience scaling products for international markets.

  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.

  • Experience driving product direction, Go-to-Market strategy, and design discussions and experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.

  • Product experience from conceptualizing a product, aligning executive stakeholders, bringing the product to market, and finding product market fit.

  • Understanding consumer user needs, segmentation analysis, and identifying untapped user needs in core and international markets.

  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority with an analytical and growth background and knowledge and familiarity with India market.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Google Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next phase of Gmail business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
