This role will be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Job Seeker team in our talent marketplace. This SPM will solve problems on both sides of the talent marketplace to make it more efficient and equitable. Responsibilities

  • Empathize with problems job seekers and hirers face, and identify the highest impact problems to be solved

  • Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve job seekers’ challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources

  • Build user experiences and interfaces that are valuable, simple and intuitive to job seekers

  • Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems for tens of millions of job seekers

  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS degree in a technology-related field

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions

  • Strong skills in UX / User Experience

  • Experience working on mass-market consumer products in a technology company and AI-based products

  • Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple ecosystem teams with strong systems thinking

_The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. _
