Grundfos Quality Engineer in Székesfehérvár, Hungary

What is the job about?

Supporting production in the field of quality.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Registration of quality results of production lines, launching corrective actions.

  • Handle Customer complaints.

  • Effective participation in the processing and evaluation of the experience of audits.

  • Professional supervision of scrapping.

  • Perform tasks specified in ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

  • Participation in annual internal audits according to relevant procedures.

  • Conducting internal quality trainings.

  • Preparation, maintenance and monitoring of quality procedures.

  • Preparation of control instructions as part of Standard Work.

  • Approval of Standard Work and JES documents

  • Maintenance of the quality management system documentation.

  • Participation in the introduction of new products, join to projects from DP5.

  • Participate in the product approval process.

  • Take other task that maybe assigned by the plant manager.

  • Carry out tasks prescribed by Integrated Management System to the best of their ability.

  • Shoulder the health & safety responsibility refers to their position.

Your background:

  • We are seeking candidates with an engineering degree and qualifications in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering for our open position.

  • The ideal candidate will have a good business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English

  • We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production quality position at a multinational company, with a background in fields of custom manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and implementing quality control procedures, managing and training employees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a solid customer focus, a solid interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and should have experience working collaboratively with others towards achieving common goals.
