Job Duties: Assist with the mechanical design of equipment pertaining to complex engineering projects; Operate computer assisted engineering or design software, then prepare technical drawings and/or specifications of mechanical engineering systems and/or processes; Use this technology to prepare technical drawings, specifications, and layouts of mechanical systems for water and wastewater facilities; and Confer with other engineers, in order to discuss the nature and scope of projects and all relevant code requirements.

Minimum Entry Qualifications:At least a master\'s degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Through masters level education, must possess expertise with fluid mechanics. Full licensure as a professional engineer is not required, as employee will be working at all times under the supervision of an Arizona licensed Professional Engineer.
