Position Description

As the Operations Coordinator for the JSS team you will be responsible for supporting the team’s in-field activities through; logistics of ordering Free Goods in the field, administering reports to the JSS, CT & FMR Teams every week, and owning the companywide JSS weekly communication: “The JSS Weekly Wins.” The JSS Operations Coordinator will work in collaboration with the JSS Sales Analyst to manage the JSS Salesforce.com organization & other JSS key initiatives.

This position will support the JSS management team through internal spend tracking to determine ROI of JSS programs, promotions & JSS Blitz’s. The JSS Sales Analyst will work closely with the JSS, Core Trades Team & FMR Teams to develop sales strategies and promotions specific to our end-users. These strategies and promotions will serve to ensure our HDP’s are hitting annual targets and ensure that Milwaukee is winning in strategic categories.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are paramount given your interaction with multiple levels of the Canadian I/C business, and the size of your team.

What You Will Do

  • Execute JSS Team’s internal administrative duties & universal document maintenance

  • Assisting in administering and managing the JSS Team’s Salesforce.com organization

  • Monitoring the data output from our Salesforce.com organization

  • Tracking internal spends and ROI

  • Building and pulling weekly & monthly reports for MM’s, CT Team, SS Team & FMR Team.

  • Administering the On-Loan Tool tracking initiative through Salesforce.com

  • Order processing, coordination and tracking of JSS initiatives

What You Will Bring

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

  • 1-2 years experience in sales or related field

  • Must have proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office applications

  • Must have effective communication skills, broad business sense and market savvy

  • Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • CRM experience an asset

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience an asset
