An aerospace/manufacturing client is looking for a Mechanical Assembler that is responsible for assembling mechanical components according to blueprints, bill of materials chart, and shop order specifications.

LOCATION: Torrance, CA 90502 POSITION: Mechanical Assembler CONTRACT: 9 months or longer PAY RATE: $23/hr. SHIFT: M-F, 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, possible OT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sorting and Checking, Inspection, Tool-Related Assembly.
• Assembles mechanical components according to blueprint, bill of materials chart, and shop order specifications.
• Mounts, refines and fastens units using mechanical or power hand tools and gauges.
• No heavy lifting required.
• May require light back support belt.

REQUIRED (BASIC) QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5-10 years of experience in role
• Steel toed shoes required
