Position Overview: As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by conducting thorough inspections of servers and PCB boards to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. You will be responsible for identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product integrity. This position requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a dedication to upholding quality assurance protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of servers and PCB boards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to verify product specifications and tolerances.

• Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations to ensure product reliability and functionality.

• Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards.

• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in quality inspection within the electronics or manufacturing industry required.

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, etc.).

• Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.

• analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding quality standards and continuous improvement.
