Your Key Responsibilities

Manage all verification and validation work at the project level, ensuring internal and customer requirements and project timelines are met. Determine and assign required V&V resources including personnel, test equipment, test environments, samples, and internal/external tests to fulfill test strategy. Develop and maintain DVPs, V&V status reports, test strategies, test objectives, and release notes in accordance with given standards and product maturity levels. Apply expertise in test methods, test specifications, and equipment to support team with planning and performing functional and durability tests on physical test rigs and HILs. Contribute to the exchange of development related information with internal/external development partners (system, ME, EE, SW), equipment providers (test rigs, test environments) and customers. Approve V&V test reports and support evaluation and resolution of defects, concerns and change requests.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or closely related degree. 5 years of experience in a test lab environment with demonstrated expertise with V&V processes, methods and tools. Expertise with systems testing with mechanical, electrical and software elements. Knowledge in automotive systems and components.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of chassis systems and components, specifically steering or suspension. ISTQB Certified Test Manager
