Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist located in Tucson, Arizona. The role primarily involves data entry tasks within the logistics department of a major organization, along with customer service responsibilities. This is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry to ensure smooth operations within the logistics department.

• Utilize software tools such as MS Excel and MS Word to facilitate data entry tasks.

• Manage order entries with a keen eye for detail.

• Handle customer service interactions over the phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in the maintenance of customer credit records and the processing of customer credit applications.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect overdue payments.

• Utilize strong communication skills to interface with customers and resolve any credit related inquiries.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the accurate and efficient operation of the logistics department.

• Uphold company standards and procedures in all data entry and customer service tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is a must.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word are required.

• Experience in Order Entry is necessary.

• Strong Customer Service skills are essential.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
