About The Role:

Client Services Specialists are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls while providing excellent care for our customers. Customer base have an existing loan and are calling in for assistance in regards to the following:

• Receives and responds to customer inquiries by phone

• Assists with ACH setups and cancellations

• Processing payments, adjustments and credits

• Process mail correspondence

• Assisting customers with logging onto the payment portal

• Calculating loan payments

Pay: $18

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 1 pm or 10 am to 3 pm

Location: Craycroft and Broadway in Tucson
