RNs will be responsible for adhering to clinical team workflows and performing daily staff nursing activities. This includes day-to-day patient activities such as phone and in-person patient triage and patient education.

• The RN will collaborate with Providers and the Center Manager to identify opportunities for improving clinical performance of back-office personnel and functions.

• They will develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of performance improvement activities.

• The RN will also oversee clinical quality and patient safety through training and education of back-office personnel and administrative staff.

• Effective communication skills are essential, including motivating and engaging colleagues around common goals.

• Ensuring adherence to clinical processes, policies, and procedures within the center is a key responsibility.

• Requirements :

• AA/AS degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.

• A minimum of 5 years of direct nursing/medical work experience is required.

• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.

• Proficient PC skills.

• Experience working in a community-based clinic, public health department, or specialization with the senior population is preferred.
