Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently scan hard copy employee files into a Cloud-based record system, ensuring accurate and organized data migration.
  • Manage and process high volumes of data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining quality standards and minimizing errors.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of employee information, handling sensitive data with discretion and professionalism at all times.

     

Job Details:

  • Location: Burien, WA
  • Pay Rate: $25-$27 per hour.
  • Assignment Length: This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2-3 months, providing an opportunity for short-term commitment with potential for extension based on the needs of the organization.
  • Start Date: mid-June 2024
  • Employer: Work for one of Washington's most well-respected, non-profit Healthcare employers which has served the local community for over 60 years.

     

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful data entry experience, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in previous and similar roles.
  • 6+ months of experience using HRIS systems,
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment characterized by growth (increasing from 850 to 1000 employees in the next 12 months) and change, adept at navigating ambiguity and contributing positively to team efforts amongst new infrastructure and processes.
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources or employee records; has knowledge of protocols, what should or should not be included, and industry standards (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience working in ADP (Preferred but not mandatory)
