System One Loan Officer Assistant in Tulsa, Oklahoma

System One is working with a local mortgage company to find a qualified Loan Officer Assistant to support their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and analyze complex information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist loan officers in gathering and organizing documentation required for loan applications

  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the application process

  • Help to ensure that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of loan applications

  • Assist in preparing loan packages for submission to underwriting

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems

  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required

    Compensation:

  • $19 - 24 per hour depending on experience
