CNC Machinists (2nd Shift) - Setup, Program Editing, G&M Coding, Grinding, CNC Vertical Machining Centers - Twinsburg, OH - JOB 24-00133 Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits. A Southeast Cleveland area manufacturer is seeking to a 2 nd Shift CNC Machinist. Candidates must have previous experience with set up, program editing, G&M Coding and operation of CNC Vertical Machining Centers; specifically, Okuma Howa. This machine shop is based on quality and not quantity. This company is only seeking candidates interested in a long-term position. Previous experience working as a Grinder is strongly desired. 2 nd Shift Four 10 Hour Days a week and possible over time on the 5th day if necessary. Hours of work to be determined Seeking a total of 3 Machinists at this time. REQUIREMENTS • High School Graduate or Equivalent or Trade School desired. • Must be able to perform set up, program editing and operation of CNC machining centers. • Seeking candidates that can perform CNC milling & grinding. • Understand CNC wheel dressing procedures. • Working knowledge of Fanuc controls. • G&M Coding programming experience is required. • Able to read blueprints and measure with standard gauges. • Able to drive a forklift and operate an overhead crane in a safe manner. • Must have experience with CNC Vertical Machining Centers; specifically, Okuma Howa. • Knowledge of Chevalier CNC Surface Grinders • Plusses: CAD or CAM experience, Welding & Milling.
