As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing clear and timely solutions to customer inquiries relating to various refrigerator and HVAC maintenance, including other similar fields of maintenance inquiries. Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred or Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Education Certificate, or at least 1 year of equivalent experience

• EPA Refrigerant Usage Certification, Types I & II

• Occasional travel as necessary

• Willingness and ability to work over 40 hours a week as necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Ability to present self professionally in-person and over the phone

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
