Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a-3p

Location, Vidor, TX

What’s a typical day as a Material Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Working in close coordination with CAPEX Project Manager, CAPEX Purchasing Manager, and Procurement Manager.

• Communicating between vendors and mill stakeholders on delivery schedules of materials.

• Creating a plan for storage of materials.

• Managing the inventory for all capital projects.

• Ensuring proper goods-receipt of all purchase orders and materials.

• Coordinating timely unloading of materials, receiving, and storing materials for safekeeping.

• Keeping detailed records of all shipment documents, BOLs, and packing slips.

• Keeping detailed inventory of all materials in inventory.

• Coordinating pickup, delivery, and providing asset visibility for all rental equipment.

• Reporting damages and maintenance issues of equipment to purchasing.

• Keeping accurate inventory of all rental equipment on site.

• Communicating with mill stakeholders for delivery and pickup of rental equipment.

• Communicating with purchasing on all rental equipment and coordinating pickup and drop-off

• Experience in operating forklifts.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in materials management, inventory, warehousing, operating and supervising material handling equipment, supervision of others, and rentals.

• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Are detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records.

• Have experience operating forklifts.
