Fujitsu Senior Sales Executive in Finland

Senior Sales Executive

To support the deployment of our Sustainability Manufacturing portfolio in Finland, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive.

Our offering is part of a complete portfolio to connect the virtual & real world with digital twin & AI technology to drive digital innovation. Our Sales Executive will support:

  • our digital factory solution which aims to bring digital benefits to every factory for improving both productivity & sustainability,

  • our resilient supply chain solutions which include engineering chains for uncertain scenarios, enhanced predictive simulation and able to quickly replan,

  • our ESG management and Environmental Value Exchange eco-chain platform.

This position is to develop and manage Manufacturing Practice by bringing his expertise & experience. This job is based in Helsinki, but the scope is to support this business globally.

The job will include a minimum of 2 components:

  • Development of the Manufacturing business according to priorities defined by the global portfolio & the countries,

  • Adapt solutions to the market in Finland by working closely to our global portfolio.

  • Participate to sales & marketings events to promote our offering,

  • Work closely with local sales organization.

  • Lead sales opportunities from an End-to-End perspective:

  • Be the referent on this portfolio in front of clients,

  • Able to draft solution, costing & pricing to build the proposal.

  • Able to address key decision makers until the closure,

Experience & Competences

  • Sells complex, high-value solutions in Manufacturing domain. Plans, facilitates and/or conducts complex negotiations, typically over a long sales cycle to reach long-term agreements and commitments. Plans & execute effective relationship strategies.

  • Must be intelligent, articulated, consensus, building & persuasive team player who can serve an effective member of a dynamic team.

  • Expected to have good and proven technical & business understanding of Manufacturing offerings. Strong negotiation skills.

  • Proven experience in digital manufacturing ecosystem in Finland (or Europe).

  • Business degree or engineering degree, with equivalent relevant experience of minimum 10 years

  • Good understanding of IT market and innovation.

  • Ability to: work and effectively prioritise in a highly dynamic work environment and write accurate, clear and concise documents.

  • Good level of written and spoken English and Finnish mandatory

  • Able to work on their own initiative.

  • Be able to deal with in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Ability to put together and defend a short business plan.

  • Have strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Manage people as appropriate.

  • Understand Fujitsu global strategies and methodologies.

  • Continuously evolve business acumen

  • Good understanding of financials
