The Talent Scout will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing applicants for our part-time and full-time hourly positions. This individual will receive direction from the HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Manager.

What would you do in this role?

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:

• Source for positions to attract qualified applicants by using cold calling, data mining, external job board searches etc...

• Actively work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process and hire candidates

• Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments

• Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when assisting any candidates via phone, email and in person

• Document information into Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending and monitoring

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity

• Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs

• Must have basic Excel experience

• Must be comfortable using laptop computer and software

• Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
