ML Engineer - Enterprise Artificial Intelligence

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks MLflow

• Prepare and augment training datasets for models

• Develop AI and LLM solutions based on business requirements using approaches such as RAG architecture on enterprise data

• Collaborate with data scientists and Full stack ai engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces

• Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch

• Experience with the latest techniques in natural language processing including vector databases, computer vision processing, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI, etc.

• Familiarity with Databricks products and services

• Have working knowledge of CI/CD

• Effective communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills

• Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML

Our global AI, Data & Analytics Division at Renesas is experiencing an increasing demand for AI and Generative AI (LLM) based solutions. Working closely with our business partners, we deliver AI solutions to help drive value for Renesas at a global enterprise scale. • Databricks certifications

• Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks products

• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS, or GCP): Azure is preferred

• Knowledge in LLM use cases such as RAG

• Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies
