Position Description:

We are seeking a talented member to join our team as a Business Analyst.

This position is located in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline responder to inquiries received via the helpdesk inbox, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to support the smooth operation of credit card services.

• Administer system access by managing Citi Manager password resets for government cardholders, safeguarding account security and access integrity.

• Facilitate the seamless management of credit card accounts by promptly reopening erroneously closed accounts or those returning from detail assignments.

• Maintain compliance and financial accuracy by efficiently closing accounts for departing government employees, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Proactively manage credit and cash limits, guaranteeing that they are accurately set and reflective of current requirements and regulations.

• Enhance operational efficiency by updating and maintaining process guides and How-To Guides to reflect changes, updates, and corrections promptly.

• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned by updating the daily guide with critical information such as broadcasts, notifications, training, and newsletters.

• Ensure smooth payment processing by resolving Credit Card Payment form rejections in Momentum/UFMS promptly, collaborating with the CGI UFMS helpdesk team for solutions.

• Foster positive cardholder experiences by promptly notifying them via email with clear instructions on retrieving their credit balances from Citi.

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills by troubleshooting and resolving invalid credit card errors for E2 travelers efficiently, minimizing disruptions to travel plans.

• Uphold data accuracy and security by meticulously verifying cardholder accounts in Citi Manager to ensure accurate MAC and alias settings.

• Enhance financial transparency and compliance by creating and maintaining accounting templates for cardholders in UFMS, facilitating accurate financial reporting.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Drive data-driven decision-making by generating and analyzing various rep

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience in Government Credit Card (Fleet, Purchase, Travel)

• Intermediate experience in MS Excel

• Experience working in a Helpdesk/End-user support environment

• Ability to work independently conducting in-person/remote interactions with government end-users

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, internal employees and agency employees

• Good computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

• UFMS/Momentum experience is highly desirable

• Experience in CitiManager and E2 Travel

• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects and running reports

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $60,300.00 - $146,800.00.
