IFL Instruments{target="_blank" rel="noopener"}, based at the Oakland County International Airport in Waterford, is seeking to hire and train a new Bench Technician to perform instrument repair. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

WAGE: $16-$17 per hour.

Training Provided On Disassembly and Reassembly of Light Weight Mechanical Items, Including..

• Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements.
• Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences.
• Assemble electrical or electronic equipment.
• Solder parts or workpieces.
• Record operational or production data.
• Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Repair parts or assemblies.
• Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly.
• Instruct workers to use equipment or perform technical procedures.
• Mark products, workpieces, or equipment with identifying information.
• Clean workpieces or finished products.
• Adjust flow of electricity to tools or production equipment.
• Confer with others to resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.
• Exchange information with colleagues.
• Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
• Advise others on issues related to repairs, installation, or equipment design.
• Operate painting or coating equipment.
