Robert Half Office Manager in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in the manufacturing industry, located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The main function of the role is to handle daily administrative tasks, manage customer relations, and oversee office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks in support of various functions within the organization

• Provide lifecycle management support for specific programs, ensuring all program agreements are understood and adhered to

• Process and reconcile unapplied cash for accurate posting and accounting

• Handle overflow calls from the phone queue, answering basic lease questions and managing high volume calls when necessary

• Open, review, and document all incoming mail in a timely manner

• Generate and track missing and damaged invoices, administering second and final demand letters

• Perform research and submit refund requests, maintaining accurate invoicing and delinquency records

• Maintain and manage team email box, ensuring timely distribution of all requests

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software to perform tasks such as creating reports, tracking data, and managing correspondence

• Serve as a backup for other roles when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Office Manager role within the Manufacturing industry.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Prior experience with operations management and invoice handling.

• Demonstrated abilities in research and reviewing tasks.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including staffing, terminations, and attendance management.

• Excellent customer service skills and phone presence.

• Proficiency in email correspondence and other forms of communication.

• Knowledge of workstation support and backup technologies.

• Experience in handling refund requests, reconciliations, and addressing delinquencies.

• Ability to manage missing invoices and related tasks.
