Description

A busy company in the West Caldwell area is seeking a Credit Manager to join their growing organization. This Credit Manager will get the chance to work in a great environment that offers career progression and a flexible working schedule. This Credit Manager will report to the Director of AR and Credit, and manage a team of 2-4 specialists. The ideal Credit Manager will have heavy financial statement analysis, strong Excel skills, and large ERP systems experience. Responsibilities of this Credit Manager will include but not be limited to:

• Analyzing customer financial statements and establishing new accounts and credit limits

• Evaluating customer risk

• Measuring the financial condition through liquidity and cash flow statement analysis

• Negotiating payment schedules

• Submitting recommendations for credit line changes

• Establishing an effective collection efforts to optimize success

• Providing monthly reports to credit management

• Preparing credit reviews and recommendations to management

• Overseeing Collection Specialists

• Liaise with internal departments to resolve and miscommunications/system issues

This Credit Manager position is paying between $120,000 and $150,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Credit Manager role apply today!

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years credit/collections experience

• Strong management skills

• Strong Financial Statement Analysis

• Large ERP systems experience preferred

• Advanced Excel skills
