salary: $50,440 - $50,441 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

1. Assumes personal responsibility to insure a safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adheres to all safety

policies/procedures and incorporates safety and health in all job's duties/tasks.

2. Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMP's, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality

is maintained. Reports any conditions or practices that may adversely affect employee safety or food

safety/quality to management immediately.

3. Attends and actively participates in safety meetings/trainings.

4. Ensures regulatory compliance at all times.

5. Runs, cleans, conducts preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshoots extended run fillers.

6. Follows all SOP's for Production/Sanitation

7. Accurately maintains all required documentation in real time

8. Proactively plans and leads changeover activities for fillers and date coding, making sure the appropriate

Supervisor is aware of the resources (mechanics, materials), and communications needed

9. Alerts the Supervisor when mechanical problems occur

10. Ensures GMP and Sanitation practices are maintained, leading all related room activities

The essential functions of this role include:
