JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking to hire General Laborers that work on paving projects. Will be assisting Operators, shoveling, demo, etc. Must be familiar with paving jobs. They will be using Leeboy pavers and it would be great to have experience in that.

PROJECT TYPE:

Their most common projects are Parking lots, Post offices, Additions, Gas Stations, Manufacturing buildings etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This person must have experience in Construction. Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

WHY?

They are hiring for these positions because they see a big ramp in the summertime. They also have a lot of guys that are retiring soon, they have been with the company 30+ years.

PAY RATES:

$25-26 - Entry Level

$27-30 - Experience in Utility projects

$30-32 - Full Experience in Utility, Paving, Gas or Sewer work

HOURS:

6:30-4:30

They will work long days and OT and must be ok with that

Will meet at the office and take the company truck

DURATION:

This is a contract to hire but they also do lay offs. Their busy season is April - December. Their Key workers work throughout the winter and also participate in Paving. Some projects will keep going during the winter months.
