Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

Pay & FSLA Status: Competitive Compensation, D.O.E., Hourly non-exempt

Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift

Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)

Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year 1; 120 hours accrued annually after year 1

Paid Sick Time: 40 hours annually

Management Position: No

Branch Location: Corporate office in Wilsonville, OR; Hybrid flexible

POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Systems Analyst works closely with IT leadership and branch personnel to provide system support for ERP users, in addition to supporting, maintaining, and enhancing key ERP functional areas.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 75% of job duties:

  • Collect pricing and product change requests from Buyers and Product Managers.

  • Validate pricing and product data. Transform and standardize data inputs into system import sheets.

  • Perform QA testing and approve pricing and product updates to ensure new records and change requests meet specifications in the ERP system.

  • Work with Buyers and Product Managers to clarify requirements or explain ERP system functionality for all functions and interfaces that relate to products and pricing.

  • 25% of job duties:

  • Extract data, update records, and analyze and transform data.

  • Configure system settings and perform assigned tasks in several areas within the Information Systems (IS) department.

  • Assist with ERP system enhancements, maintenance, and testing.

  • Provide support for user logins, security, and ERP system functionality.

  • Train users on systems enhancements and new programs.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy data solutions.

  • Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.

  • Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.

  • Design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by users.

  • Perform various testing and QA activities.

  • Perform research and project management for various IS projects as needed.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.

  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

  • This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
