About The OpportunityThe person in this position is responsible for loading, packing, catching of material on various machines in finishing.  This person shall follow instructions provided by the supervisor, group leader, or machine operator. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines Maintain accurate records - (carton counts, sheet counts, data entry into the covalent) Package finished products into cartons for shipping Load stock into machines Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications Read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail while always achieving superior safety, quality and productivity standards Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of work area Communicate accurate information to next shift Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors Two companies, one vision.
