Description:

• Reads and interprets blueprints

• Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery

• Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements

• Understands, interprets and edits G-code programming

• Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling

• Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets

• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery

• Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures

• Setting-up and operating a CNC mill

• Reads and interprets blueprints

• Code adjustments

• Holding tolerances to the 1000th

• Working with aluminum

• Haas and Fanuc machines

• Loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery

• Uses gauges, micrometers and calipers to preform quality checks

• Understands, interprets and minor edits G-code programming

• Set up CNC Mills

• Perform tool wear offsets
